However, the experience of attending a night with Chef Patricia and Msr. Gerard must be shared. The ambiance and atmosphere are perfect. Gerard is patient and accommodating with our lack of spanish and/or french language proficiency. Certain things transcend language, and this dining experience is wonderful. The preparation and presentation are tops. The taste outpaces all others.After some digging around on the Chef's blog, I found a 'Cooking Course' listed. Our last visit, not only did we eat a wonderful meal at La Terrasse, but Chef Patricia taught us to cook a three course meal! It is an amazing experience! I cannot recommend this enough"
